RULES AND RESTRICTIONS FOR MONTHLY GIVEAWAY-SEPTEMBER 2005
$10,000 Wedding at the Waterfront Banquet Facility
- All entries must be received by e-mail only on or before
the date specified on the web site.
- The $10,000 wedding package represents the maximum
allowance granted by the Banquet Facility. Any amounts due for a wedding
package selected in excess $10,000.00 is the responsibility of the bride and
groom.
- Subject to the availability of dates at the Banquet
Facility, this offer must be redeemed on or before December 31, 2007.
- The date of the wedding must be scheduled at least 1 year
in advance of the wedding date and must be accompanied by a $750.00 deposit.
- This offer is not valid with any other offers.
- The prize must be claimed in person (no agents or
attorneys in fact are acceptable) on the day of the drawing. If the winner
announced is not present, then there shall immediately be another drawing
until a name is drawn for a person who is present. Drawing will be held
at the Waterfront Banquet Facility in Plains, PA on Tuesday October 11th,
2005 from 6PM to 9PM.
- All information (including name of entry, e-mail address
and street address) received by Iwed, Inc. by entries may be disseminated at
the discretion of Iwed, Inc. and all entries hereby authorize such
dissemination by submitting their entry.
- Offer void where prohibited by law.
- Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes & service
charge, that is not part of the $10,000 giveaway.
