Also be sure to ask your invitation or stationary provide about the new poster-sized reader boards. These are a terrific alternative to the small place cards that direct people to their table number. Simply purchase the reader boards with a complete guest list and appropriate table numbers. Your reception host will take care that this board is prominently displayed at the entrance to the reception hall.
